Alongside my Grails and SaaS work, I build fast marketing sites and Google Maps features for small businesses, and I fix technical SEO problems myself instead of handing you a report. Sized to your site, as hourly work or a fixed price per scope. A small site may need very little; a large one can need a lot. You'll know the cost before I start.

- Search Console: what Google has indexed, and why some pages are left out
- Page speed and Core Web Vitals, with PageSpeed Insights
- A full crawl with Screaming Frog: broken links, redirect chains, missing or duplicate titles
- Ahrefs or Semrush (you don't need your own subscription): your backlinks, and the searches you already show up for

- Titles and meta descriptions
- Structured data (JSON-LD), so search engines understand your business
- Sitemaps, robots.txt and redirects, including old URLs that should keep working
- Page speed: images, scripts and fonts
- GA4, Search Console and conversion tracking
Limits: One website, up to 500 URLs crawled. I don't promise rankings: I fix what's holding the site back and set up the tracking so you can see what changes. Some site builders lock parts of the page down; if yours does, I'll tell you up front what can be fixed there.

You fill in an intake workbook first: your business, pages, copy, photos and domain. With every answer in hand, I build the site with Astro and put it on Cloudflare Pages, on your domain. Hosting setup is included.

I've been building on the Google Maps JavaScript API since 2012, including vehicle-tracking maps and a GIS platform (advanced markers, geocoding, KML overlays, parcel polygons).
Hosting & ownership
You own all of it.
Your site lives in your own Cloudflare account, on your domain, with the code in a repository you own. Map keys live in your own Google Cloud account. If we stop working together, nothing has to move.
